I often think of how great this world would be if we think of humans not by race, colour, position of power, education, or appearance but as balls of energy.
We all control our own levels of energy.
We all control our values. Not the society, not another race, not anyone else.
We are the energy that we emit.
From us to another person, to all living and non-living being, to the world and the universe.
When we interact, we exchange energy.
When we write, we insert energy onto paper.
When we talk, we permeate energy in our words.
The ones with the best intentions shine the brightest.
We also receive energy from others surrounding us.
We shine a little bit brighter when we are around those with high positive energy.
We comfort those that are overwhelmed with negative energy.
In the end, the collective “us” shine a bit brighter with empathy and compassion.
There is no good or bad energy.
The key lies in balancing the positive and negative energy that we emit.
We must learn to release the negative energy consciously and avoid bottling it up.
Learn how to grow and maximize our positive energy.
Learn to balance these energies and find our own equilibrium.
Learn to help others to find their equilibrium.
That is how we should view ourselves and others.
